Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands. Please note full availability on three weekdays and weekends, between the hours of 7:00AM-8:30PM, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed customer expectations and uphold top pet care standards to ensure excellent operations.
  • Build strong customer relationships and enhance their experience with us.
  • Provide personalised and attentive service to ensure every customer feels appreciated and understood.
  • Engage with customers through strong verbal and written communication.
  • Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate as part of a team to achieve store goals.
  • Be flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
