Pets at Home Limited, Norwich Longwater Vets for Pets Practice, is seeking a Head Receptionist to lead non-clinical operations and ensure outstanding client and patient care. This role requires previous managerial experience and veterinary experience, with a focus on exceptional communication and a welcoming client experience.
No weekends, but occasional cover may be required as needed; 22 hours per week across 4 shifts, with shifts between 8.30am and 7.30pm.
