You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands. As a Store Colleague, you\’ll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You\’ll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, personalized and attentive.
• Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and written.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and efficiently.
• Show eagerness to learn and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Set and achieve retail targets to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate and work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and reach Pet Care Centre goals.
• Maintain flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
