You’ll deliver high-quality grooms with care and precision, building great relationships with pet owners while making sure every pet looks and feels their best. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with plenty of opportunity to grow. You’ll be confident in all aspects of grooming, ideally qualified, customer-focused, flexible, and a great team player. Experience working to targets is a bonus, but not essential.
Competitive pay plus commission, 28 days holiday, rising to 33 after 2 years, extra day off for your birthday, life assurance (4x salary), 4% company pension contribution, 20% colleague discount (30% off own brand).
