We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. In this hands-on role, you will take the lead on grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You will be interacting with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must. As a Stylist, you will play a key role in ensuring pets not only look great but feel great too. We will support your growth with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and additional skill-based pay enhancements.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed-specific styling and finishing.
- Hold a grooming qualification.
- Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across the week (minimum hours/week with potential for more during busy periods).
- Team oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Goal driven, with experience in target-led environments (preferred, but not essential).

- Attractive rates of pay plus commission, subject to targets.
- 28 days paid annual leave, which will rise to 33 days after 2 years (this includes 8 bank holidays and will be pro-rated calculated on your contracted hours).
