Responsibilities
- As a Head Stylist, you will lead our grooming salon by example.
- This full-time, hands-on role blends expert grooming with leadership, setting salon standards, developing your team, and ensuring every pet leaves looking and feeling their best.
- You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance in a target-led environment.
Qualifications
- You are an experienced, confident dog groomer with strong customer focus and a positive, team-driven approach.
- You are comfortable working to targets, flexible across the week, and passionate about high standards of care.
