Client Care Advisor - Bridlington

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the highest standard of care for their pets, acting as a vital link between clients and our clinical team.
• Building strong, positive relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues-an essential part of your success in this role.
• Providing a warm, professional experience during every visit, ensuring clients leave fully satisfied and confident in the service they have received.
• Welcoming each client, offering guidance and support, and confidently managing payments and follow-up bookings.
• Helping to coordinate the smooth daily running of the practice using our online booking system-so strong computer skills are essential.

This is a Fixed Term 12 Month Maternity Cover role working 14.5 hours per week (Monday 9am till 7pm & Friday 2pm till 7pm).
