About the Role
I am a 35‑year‑old man living in Grantham, Lincolnshire. I have complex care needs and require full‑time support. I value stability and independence. My current personal assistant is excellent, and I am looking for another compassionate professional to join my care team and support me with household tasks, meal preparation, community activities, and transport.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily household tasks and meal preparation.
- Support me during community activities and outings.
- Provide companionship and ensure my safety and comfort.
- Assist with transport to access community events, including driving on behalf of me.
- Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with me and my family.
Hours
30 hours per week, split between day and sleep hours. Day hours - Saturday and Sunday: 10 hours each day. Sleep‑in hours - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday: 10 hours each night.
Pay
Hourly rate: £12.31 per hour (includes sleep‑in hours).
