About the role
Provide comprehensive personal and medical care for a 26‑year‑old resident with complex needs, including learning disabilities, epilepsy, PEG feeding, respiratory and tracheostomy care, medication management, mobility support, and communication requirements. The role involves collaborating with a support team, participating in on‑site training and shadowing, and ensuring the resident’s safety and wellbeing.
About You
You will be calm, friendly, patient, flexible, and unphased by the resident’s health needs. You will need to be a team player, ready to respond promptly to seizures, and willing to learn the resident’s unique communication methods. A 2:1 support system will be in place to ensure safety and assistance.
