Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a true 360° role, combining candidate delivery with proactive business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management to candidate placement
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and win new business opportunities within the energy sector
- Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates across permanent and/or contract roles
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insight and recruitment solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets
About You
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Strong track record in business development
- Energy, oil & gas, or related engineering sector experience preferred
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, resilient, and relationship-focused
