Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management to candidate placement.
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates across permanent and/or contract roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insight and recruitment solutions.
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- Energy, oil & gas, or related engineering sector experience preferred.
