Role Purpose
To support the Marketing function in strengthening brand awareness, creating compelling content, and ensuring the seamless delivery of events and conferences. You'll play a key role in communicating our value to both current and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Own the day-to-day management of social media channels (especially LinkedIn), curating and publishing high-quality, relevant content.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to ensure our voice remains fresh, relevant, and thought-leading.
- Analyse engagement data and provide insights to optimise performance and reach.
- Content Creation & Communications
- Create visually engaging material, both static and dynamic.
- Help compose content for various channels including blogs, newsletters, case studies, website, and press releases.
- Tailor messaging to resonate with technical decision-makers, while supporting the brand's evolution into adjacent markets.
- Assist with the creation of digital and print materials for campaigns, events, and business development.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a marketing, communications, ideally in B2B software or engineering/technical industries.
- Experience with graphic design and web design software packages, e.g., Adobe, Figma etc.
- Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging digital content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling stories.
- Event planning experience, including managing external suppliers and logistics.
- Highly organised with high attention to detail and with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
