The scope of services will be reviewed should there be a significant change to client support requirements.
Scope of Services: Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:
- Provide specialist marine system engineering support to marine project scopes.
- Maintaining the structural and operational integrity of marine asset systems such as offshore platforms, FPSOs (Floating Production Storage and Offloading units), moorings and associated infrastructure.
- Provide independent technical support to offshore and onshore operations for:
- Off load systems
- Cargo systems
- Mooring systems
- Marine systems
- Classification Society requirements for marine system modifications, maintain certifications and class status.
- Statutory and regulatory compliance with local and international marine regulatory standards (e.g., IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, Class rules, API).
- Life extension requirements for general marine systems.
- Perform / develop risk-based inspection (RBI) assessments for marine structures and systems.
- Review and interpret inspection and monitoring data (e.g., NDT, CP surveys, UT, visual inspections).
- Ensure integrity of hull, mooring systems, risers, and associated marine equipment.
- Oversee anomaly management inspections including in-water surveys, hull thickness measurements, and corrosion monitoring.
- Prepare and maintain marine integrity reports, inspection findings, and action tracking logs.
Deliverables: Services should be provided to enable production of the following deliverables where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order.
- Statements of Requirements for marine projects and work scopes.
- Development of work-packs.
- Marine contractor and vendor assessments and recommendations.
- Review engineering designs, drawings, and documentation to ensure marine integrity requirements are met.
