Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Group Head of Reward in designing and delivering corporate-wide reward programmes, including pay strategies, grade structures, market pay levels (base salary and bonus), benchmarking, and benefits and allowances, to attract, retain, and motivate employees in support of business objectives.
  2. Contribute to the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization’s compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with strategy, legal compliance, and organizational goals.
  3. Source and analyze market data to support and maintain competitive salary and grading structures that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  4. Participate in or lead the annual merit review and bonus cycle, including budget forecasting, guideline development, and managing timelines.
  5. Monitor international compensation and benefits trends to inform solution development aligned with business needs.
  6. Act as a strategic partner for designated divisions or functions, collaborating with senior HR leaders and management to develop competitive reward and recognition programmes.
  7. Lead new country set-ups, including benchmarking, pay structures, and benefits delivery.
  8. Respond to ad hoc queries regarding pay decisions, policies, job analysis, and evaluation, providing creative compensation solutions.
  9. Maintain relationships with external service providers and consultants to ensure efficient delivery of programmes and initiatives.
  10. Assess system requirements for automation of C&B processes, promoting online systems to enhance efficiency.
  11. Develop and deliver training and awareness programmes on compensation and benefits for HR and managers.
  12. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of all elements of reward in a multinational environment, including pay, variable pay, and benefits.
  • Experience with reward challenges in a comparable sector (preferred).
  • Bachelor\’s degree with relevant reward experience.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Oracle) and performance management systems.
  • Understanding of the financial impact of reward actions.
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience managing change in a fast-paced organization.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking and proprietary job evaluation methodologies.
