Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining key internal customer & client relationships and delivering a seamless and efficient resourcing service.
- Lead on talent attraction, candidate experience, talent pipelining, redeployment and onboarding whilst facilitating full resourcing life cycle.
- Ensure professional support and advice is provided to business managers on all aspects of Resourcing.
- Responsible for the effective and compliant delivery of resourcing activities.
- End to end recruitment delivery, interacting with HRBP and Hiring Manager ensuring for a seamless experience.
- Contributing to resource planning, including the design and implementation of bespoke recruitment campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to meet the expectations and requirements of customers.
- Ensure Shared Service Delivery is delivered within agreed set KPIs and SLA.
- Provide training and coaching to SSC delivery.
- Evaluating candidates’ skills, experience and qualifications through selection processes including, CV screening, competency & values-based interviews, ability & aptitude tests.
- Facilitate redeployment, assisting redeployees to find suitable alternative employment within the business.
- Sourcing candidates to build and maintain talent pipelines through identifying and engaging with high calibre candidates.
- Proactively establishing resourcing requirements; marketing roles, and Petrofac, as an employer of choice via a range of media channels.
- Identity provides solutions for continuous improvement to processes & procedures.
- Delivering process and systems training to stakeholders.
- Provide advice and training to Hiring Managers to ensure they deliver an ethical and fair process in line with regulatory and legislative guidelines.
- Identify and maintain recruitment suppliers that can support key, hard to find roles and improve D&I statistics.
Essential Qualifications And Skills
- A degree level qualification in a relevant subject is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of recruitment in an in‑house environment preferred; recruitment agency experience can be considered.
- Knowledge of industry specific to offshore and site‑based recruitment in the Oil & Gas industry is desirable.
- Awareness of competencies applicable to Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (Oracle Taleo is advantageous).
- Able to build strong relationships.

- Be tenacious, organized and work at pace.
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition for a diverse range of positions within the oil and gas, construction, renewables, or utilities sectors.
