The IT Operations and Commercial Analyst will play a fundamental role in the day-to-day operations of the IT department. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial and Invoice Coordination
- Support IT and ETRM‑related invoice processing, including logging, tracking, and filing invoices.
- Monitoring approval progress and following up with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate invoice records and trackers.
- Assist with reconciliation and audit preparation.
- Coordinate inputs for monthly IT and project spend reports.
- Contractor and Vendor process Management
- Support contractor lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding coordination.
- Tracking contract end dates and renewal timelines.
- Initiate and track internal processes for contract renewals and extensions.
- Maintain contractor and vendor tracking spreadsheets.
- Contract and Licence Management
- Maintain a central register of software licences and contracts.
- Monitor renewal dates and notify relevant stakeholders.
- Support internal renewal processes and documentation tracking.
- IT Change Release process Coordination
- Provide coordination support for IT change release activities.
- Data and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain PowerPoint presentations for monthly project or IT meetings.
- Use Excel (including formulas and Power Query) to help provide monthly spending reports.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in an operations, administrative, or support role.
- Exposure to invoice processing and reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data handling (Power Query preferred).
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Strong willingness to learn and proactive attitude.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills beneficial.
- Ideally possess up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, finance support, or coordination role is preferred.
