Petroc Group Practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role combines direct patient care with medicines management, prescribing quality, and service development within a dispensing GP practice.
You will work with GPs, Advanced Practitioners and the PCN Pharmacist to optimise prescribing, improve patient outcomes and ensure sustainable dispensing services while maintaining high standards of care.
