Job Elements

  • Process Purchase Orders
  • Process Meetings and sponsorship applications
  • Support activities related to company conferences
  • Support field team enquiries for materials
  • Assist with booking regional team meetings and conferences (contracts, venue selection, travel)
  • Support admin colleagues on business-critical tasks
  • Review expenses from Line manager direct reports prior to Line manager approval

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Administrative experience within a fast moving commercial environment
  • Excellent IT skills, ideally with experience of ERP systems
  • Great organisational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
