- The Operations and Projects Engineer is responsible for leading engineering projects and manufacturing operations to ensure the successful delivery of customer contracts from concept through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have:
- For this role candidates will need to have a degree in Engineering/Manufacturing Operations or equivalent demonstrable experience and knowledge.
- Previous experience of working in a Project Engineer, Operations Engineer or Production Manager role is essential.
- Candidates will have knowledge and experience of engineering within a machine shop/fabrication/fitting shop environment
- You will have the ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop a team together with a desire to set high standards of work performance for yourself and others.
- To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to quickly establish and where appropriate further develop effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be a self-starter who focuses on generating opportunities and outcomes, have a positive outlook and the ability to inspire confidence and vision.
