Job Elements

• A great opportunity for an experienced, motivated and skilled production welder to join a busy production team, working on the companies varied product ranges.

• Note this role is a 4 day working week - 3 days 07.30am to 18.00pm / 1 day 07.30am to 17.00pm (38 hrs) with day off to be agreed.

• Starting rate is £15.36 p/h which will increase to £16.75 p/h after performance objectives are met along with additional bonus payments for achieving productivity related goals OTE rate is £17.50 p/h

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must be time served in welding and fabrication or have relevant NVQ’s and experience

• Must be able to MIG weld to a high standard

• Must be able to fabricate and work to engineering drawings

• Working in a busy production environment, a time driven work attitude is required

• Work under own initiative

• Reliable and punctual

• Experience in welding stainless steel an advantage

• Current or previous coding to EN 9606-1 an advantage
