We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Ambulance Driver to join our team here at PetMedics.
Location: Our Worsley site
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 25 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rota will be varied and will include some nights.
Responsibilities:
- Animal handling and transportation, particularly dealing with animals with difficult demeanours (experience with handling large dogs required)
- Animal husbandry and exercising
- Infection control
- Basic administration tasks with animal records
- General housekeeping
- Confidentiality of sensitive duties
Qualifications:
- A full and clean driving licence
- Experience handling animals, including transporting animals in and out of vehicles
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to record and document clear, accurate information
