Overview
PETLIARSKYI is expanding its network of professional subcontractors. We are actively seeking skilled Videographers, Drone Pilots, and Architectural Photographers specialized in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) media to join our base for upcoming projects across Central Scotland (Glasgow/Edinburgh) and Northern England. We handle client management, briefs, and logistics. You show up, capture high-end content, and deliver the raw assets.
Responsibilities
The Roles: We are looking for specialists (or hybrid creators) for:
- Cinematic interior video walkthroughs.
- Aerial drone photography and video for commercial sites.
Mandatory Requirements
You will not be considered unless you possess all of the following:
- Drone Pilots: Mandatory CAA A2 CofC Certificate (minimum) or GVC. Applications without a valid UK drone certificate will be immediately rejected.
- Gear: You MUST own professional-grade camera and/or drone equipment capable of capturing CRE media at broadcast quality. We do not provide equipment.
- Transport: A valid full driving license and your own reliable vehicle.
- Experience: Proven portfolio history in architectural or commercial property media (Residential-only portfolios will not be accepted).
- Status: You must be registered as self-employed in the UK and handle your own invoicing/tax.
