A Day In The Life
We move fast and this senior role requires comfort operating across both strategic change and hands‑on execution. You will own a complex, always‑on trading and optimisation programme, balancing immediate performance opportunities with longer‑term initiatives that compound value. Thriving here means knowing when to zoom out to shape direction and when to dive deep to drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the scope and delivery of our DTC acquisition roadmap, focusing primarily on the USA, Canada and UK markets.
- Accountable for end‑to‑end performance, ensuring strategy and optimisation are tightly connected and commercially impactful.
- Operate within a strong experimentation culture, using data, insight and structured experimentation to shape the roadmap, prioritise opportunities and validate impact.
- Drive efficiency across technology teams and sprint‑planned workflows while setting the standard for trading through exceptional on‑site customer experience.
- Optimise for profitable long‑term lifetime value rather than short‑term wins, owning the website shopping experience and product detail page performance.
What You Need
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end trading metrics including CAC, conversion rate, AOV, acquisition mix and Lifetime Value.
- Extensive experience in trading and optimisation specifically focused on maximising Lifetime Value through experimentation, user experience improvements and data‑driven prioritisation.
- Experience with experimentation methodologies including A/B, MVT and split URL testing, with a strong grasp of best practice and statistical rigour.
- Strong ability to discover and prioritise opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative insight.
- Proficient in data‑driven insight discovery using analytics and behaviour tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, Hotjar, Glassbox and Content Square.
- Experience working with experimentation and testing platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO and Webtrends Optimize.
- Strong capability in producing clear, objective‑driven briefs for design and copy grounded in trading priorities, data and research.
- Experience operating end‑to‑end product delivery workflows from road‑mapping and sprint planning through to delivery, using Jira to define requirements for design, development, copy, compliance and to coordinate cross‑functional execution.
- Good understanding of core UX principles to support ideation and solution design from insight‑led discovery.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy enabling effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and resource planning.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development principles is a plus.
