About PetLabCo… PetLabCo. is the world leader in DTC pet supplements with 50%+ market share, 9-figure revenue, profitable and rapidly growing with ambitious plans for global expansion. We have a loyal community of loving pet parents and over 5 million happy dogs whose lives have been positively impacted by our innovative products. Our team is vibrant, fast-moving and customer-driven where high-performers are valued and rewarded. And it is the ideal place for an ambitious, hardworking, animal lover who wants to progress their career rapidly.

A Day In The Life... We move fast and this senior role requires comfort operating across both strategic change and hands-on execution. You will own a complex, always-on trading and optimisation programme, balancing immediate performance opportunities with longer-term initiatives that compound value. Thriving here means knowing when to zoom out to shape direction and when to dive deep to drive outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Product and Optimisation within Growth, you will lead the scope, and delivery of our DTC acquisition roadmap, focusing primarily on the USA, Canada and UK markets. You will be accountable for end-to-end performance, ensuring strategy and optimisation are tightly connected and commercially impactful.

You will operate within a strong experimentation culture, using data, insight and structured experimentation to shape the roadmap, prioritise opportunities, and validate impact. Deep experience designing, running and scaling experiments in a trading environment is essential.

This role requires driving efficiency across technology teams and sprint planned workflows while setting the standard for trading through exceptional on-site customer experience. As a subscription-led business, the focus is on optimising for profitable long-term lifetime value rather than just short-term wins. This demands a deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey, strong analytical capability and expert ownership of the website shopping experience and product detail page performance, in particular.

No two days are the same. You will move fluidly between:

  • Shaping ideas and hypotheses through insight and experimentation
  • Delivering change through prioritisation, planning and execution
  • Analysing performance and translating data into actionable insights
  • Solving complex problems across trading experience and technology
  • Communicating progress, impact and learnings clearly and confidently

This role rewards curiosity, adaptability and the ability to turn ideas into measurable impact at pace.

Your day to day will look a little bit like this…

  • Continuously monitor and analyse growth metrics and business performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Manage and lead multiple growth projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals and objectives are met.
  • Work comfortably on both short-term trading initiatives and long-term strategic growth.
  • At PetLabCo., we value experimentation, so confidently leading initiatives from ideation through to delivery, measurement, and decision-making is essential.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including UX & Design, Product Delivery, Engineering, Compliance, and Data, requiring strong teamwork skills.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the team to guide and support more junior members in their delivery flows, whilst maintaining oversight of end-to-end product and experience optimisation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices that support growth, including conversion rate optimisation and experimentation methodologies.
