What’s the Ideal Candidate’s Background?
We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with performance-driven video content. You don’t just edit—you craft stories that sell. The ideal candidate:
- Has generated over $500K+ in revenue from ads on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Has experience working with DTC brands and understands consumer psychology, hooks, and direct response marketing.
- Is highly analytical, tracking performance data and iterating aggressively to improve creatives.
- Has an exceptional eye for detail—ensuring edits are polished, pacing is optimized, and exports are flawless.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own the Creative Process – Lead ad production from ideation to scripting to editing.
- Edit High-Converting Ads – Create optimized videos for Meta and TikTok to drive millions in revenue.
- Iterate Based on Data – Analyze performance metrics and refine creatives accordingly.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Monitor viral video trends and platform changes to keep our ads competitive.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders – Work closely with marketing, production, and design teams to ensure ad creatives align with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, specifically for direct response marketing and social media ads.
- A proven track record of producing high-ROI ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing tools.
- Deep understanding of DTC marketing and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to optimize creatives.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
