We are looking for a chef to join the kitchen at The Lodge at Lulworth Cove - a vibrant bistro restaurant in one of the most beautiful corners of the Jurassic Coast, a short walk from Durdle Door. The kitchen runs a diverse, seasonal menu with a strong focus on Dorset produce. It is a busy, creative restaurant with a loyal local following and a steady stream of guests staying at the hotel.
We need:
- Chef de Partie level or equivalent mid-range kitchen experience
- A solid grounding in a professional kitchen - this is not an entry-level role
- Someone who takes the work seriously, shows up consistently, and cares about what leaves the pass
- Available to start as soon as possible
