We’re looking for a confident, creative, and organised person to join Petite Agency - a fast-growing, social-first marketing agency based in Teesside. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be creating content, managing client relationships, and helping ambitious businesses grow their presence online. We work with a broad mix of clients across different industries, with a strong focus on B2B. While many of our projects are in sectors like construction, property, and finance, our work spans a variety of fields, so we’re looking for someone who can create thoughtful, strategic content that resonates with professional audiences in any industry.
We’re open to Account Executive or Manager level, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day communication with your own set of clients
- Building and presenting monthly social media content plans
- Creating content across platforms - (writing captions, designing graphics, editing videos, etc)
- Tracking performance and pulling together reports with insights and recommendations
- Supporting with campaign ideas, content themes and brand strategy
- Keeping everything organised, on time, and moving forward with confidence
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a client-facing or agency-side marketing or social media role
- Strong understanding of organic social media (especially B2B)
- Confident copywriting, and ideally Canva and CapCut skills
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management
- A proactive mindset, commercial awareness, and an eye for good content
