- Diagnoses, replaces and repairs the entire powertrain and accessories in compliance with technical guidelines.
- Prevention - Carries out fleet tours to check vehicle compliance (with workshop vehicle).
- Conducts road tests to ensure fleet vehicles are roadworthy.
- Independently informs and recommends solutions to customers during on-call duty.
- Administrative follow-up - Produces vehicle service reports and other documents required to monitor activity and the product.
