Assists in day to day operations, manages relationships with customers and ensures that the site is running smoothly.

  • Greets customers and suppliers
  • Assists the site manager with HR management
  • Assists the team in communicating and organizing activities
  • Reports data to management software and alerts them in the event of inconsistency
  • Orders supplies and equipment for the branch
  • Administrative management and life of the contract
  • Issues quotes, contracts and amendments
  • Records, monitors and invoices claims in liaison with the insurance companies and/or the insurance department at home branch (depending on the claim - SST or SAT)
  • Monitors customer collections in the event of non-payment
  • Manages rental/service requests
  • Checks the agency's cash registers on a monthly basis for validation by the RO
  • Prepares invoices for services / Classifies invoices according to due dates
  • Reports vehicle claims to the insurance department
  • Processes administrative operations relating to the commercial management of the branch
  • Manages vehicle movements
  • Carries out operational tasks required by the agency (RIV, movements, etc.)
