Key Responsibilities
- Drive new contract hire business, secure contract renewals from specific end users, and identify opportunities for supplementary contracts to increase PFUK’s share of wallet.

Development: Identify and pursue new contract hire opportunities with prospective clients in the region; build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach; develop tailored proposals highlighting the benefits of PFUK’s temperature‑controlled LCV and HGV solutions.

Management: Own a portfolio of key accounts within the region, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals; identify opportunities for supplementary contracts (additional vehicles, services, or upgrades) to maximize PFUK’s share of wallet; act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, providing expert advice on fleet solutions, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Growth: Achieve regional sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals; collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, maintenance) to ensure seamless delivery of services and contractual obligations; monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

Skills and Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in contract hire, fleet management, or B2B sales.
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and expand share of wallet within existing accounts.
- Highly organized, target‑driven, and capable of working independently across a defined region.
Qualifications
- Experience in LCV and HGV contract hire, vehicle fleet management, or transport/logistics sector.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing strategic client relationships.
