To lead and manage all workshop operations, ensuring the safe, compliant and cost-effective maintenance of the fleet and refrigeration assets. The Workshop Manager is accountable for workshop performance, technician productivity, fleet availability, maintenance budgets, compliance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all workshop maintenance activities.
- Ensure efficient planning and utilisation of labour, facilities and equipment.
- Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency.
