Main activities
- Organization of the branch
- Greets customers and suppliers
- Assists the site manager with HR management
- Assists the team in communicating and organizing activities
- Reports data to management software and alerts them in the event of inconsistency
- Orders supplies and equipment for the branch
- Administrative management and life of the contract
- Issues quotes, contracts and amendments
- Records, monitors and invoices claims in liaison with the insurance companies and/or the insurance department at home branch (depending on the claim - SST or SAT)
- Monitors customer collections in the event of non-payment
- Manages rental/service requests
- Checks the agency's cash registers on a monthly basis for validation by the RO
- Prepares invoices for services / Classifies invoices according to due dates
- Reports vehicle claims to the insurance department
- Processes administrative operations relating to the commercial management of the branch
- Manages vehicle movements
- Carries out operational tasks required by the agency (RIV, movements, etc.)
