As we prepare for our UK launch, we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist in London to be part of this exciting journey. This position is based in London, where we apply a hybrid work model (1-3 days in the office) with the opportunity to work from home. You’ll report directly to the UK Country Manager and Head of Customer Success & Claims.

Tasks

  • Manage the onboarding process for customers
  • Handle various customer relating matters
  • Work at the intersection of customer insights and product development
  • Contribute to improving the customer experience and the product

Requirements

  • Excellent at managing customer relationships
  • Previous experience in a customer-oriented organisation
