Role Overview: Ensure client quality and process specifications are met while maintaining accurate records and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct goods inward/outward inspections for quantity, condition, and documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse and client procedures, reporting non-conformities promptly.
- Review and endorse certifications (Materials, Pressure Testing, Electrical/ATEX, NDT).
- Archive client documentation and certification.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support continuous service improvement based on client feedback.
- Prepare equipment and documentation for shipment.
- Follow all safety protocols, participate in toolbox talks, and have the authority to βstop the jobβ if unsafe.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with tasks within capability.
- Adhere to company procedures, HSE responsibilities, and company values.
Performance Metrics:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a warehouse/store environment; QC experience preferred.
- Knowledge of test documentation and certifications.

- Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification.
- Customs awareness and computer proficiency (Excel, Word, SAP).
