Location: mobilise to Shetland on a 3 week on/1 week off rotation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Heavy Goods Vehicle operation
  • Conduct pre-use inspections of equipment
  • Perform slinger/banksman duties and/or operate plant machinery
  • Load and unload vessels
  • Carry out general yard and quayside duties

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Strong focus on health and safety

Preferred Experience:

  • Driver Card; ADR
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • OPITO or NPORS Banksman/Slinger certification (preferred)
  • Forklift (RTITB or NPORS), Telehandler, HIAB certifications (advantageous)
  • Plant operation experience (preferred)
  • Training may be provided for the right candidate
