We currently have a vacancy for a Base Operative to support operations at our Lowestoft facility. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Goods receipt
- Picking/packing
- Loading and discharging trailers and containers
- Checking materials
- Maintaining yard and warehouse cleanliness
Applicants will have experience of operating a forklift up to 12 tonne, although this is not essential, and working in a similar role. A Banksman/Slinger certificate is also highly desirable.
The successful candidate will have a focus on delivering excellent customer service, a proven ability to work under their own initiative, and possess strong communication skills together with a proven ability to support a strong safety culture. SAP and stock checking experience is desirable but not essential.
