Location: mobilise to Shetland on a 3 week on/1 week off rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy Goods Vehicle operation
- Conduct pre-use inspections of equipment
- Perform slinger/banksman duties and/or operate plant machinery
- Load and unload vessels
- Carry out general yard and quayside duties
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong focus on health and safety
Preferred Experience & Certifications:
- LGV Class 1 licence; Driver Card; ADR
- Previous experience in a similar role
- OPITO or NPORS Banksman/Slinger certification (preferred)
- Forklift (RTITB or NPORS), Telehandler, HIAB certifications (advantageous)
- Plant operation experience (preferred)
- Training may be provided for the right candidate
