Focal Point for all material coordination and compliance. Direct liaison with client, both offshore and onshore.
Roles & responsibilities
- Prepare Material Status Reports (MSR) in line with the 7 Week Offshore Maintenance Plan.
- Prepare Primary, Direct, Projects and Change Request Pick Lists in accordance with vessel movements.
- Chair Teams meetings between offshore and onshore maintenance team and planners.
- Troubleshoot SAP issues encountered by shipping, warehouse and offshore with regards to pick lists, shipments and manifests.
- Communicate with client work preps and offshore teams at regular intervals to promote excellent client relationship.
- Prepare Bag & Tag Material Status Report for offshore shutdowns.
- Undertake month end responsibilities.
- Implement checks in pursuit of client KPI's.
- Carry out slinger/banksman role as and when required outside of normal working hours.
- To carry out any other duties within your training and capability and to support the Base.
- Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of all client information.
- Comply with company procedures.
- Comply with Level 1 of HSE Employee Responsibility and Accountability.
- Abide by client Life Saving Rules.
- Comply with Level 1 of Peterson Values and Behaviours.

Qualifications and experience
- Minimum 5yrs experience of materials handling.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Extensive knowledge of Cargo Operations and Supply Chain Logistics (preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry).
- Slinger/Banksman qualification - OPITO/NPORS or equivalent (not essential).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel.
