As a Marketing and Communications Graduate, you’ll have the chance to create engaging content, shape our social media presence, and support exciting campaigns that reach audiences worldwide. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, learn how to turn ideas into compelling stories, and develop your skills across digital and traditional channels.
What you will do
- Digital and social media execution: Planning, creating and scheduling content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X and familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, with an eye for each channel’s strengths and audience expectations. Monitoring engagement, reach and impressions, and translating these insights into continuous content and performance improvements. Staying aware of emerging digital trends and identifying opportunities to enhance overall digital presence. Ensuring consistency and alignment across all digital communications.
- Marketing fundamentals and campaign support: Contributing to marketing strategy by conducting basic market and competitor research to inform direction and opportunities. Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at building awareness, engagement and conversion. Basic understanding of metrics and KPIs. Comfortable with reporting tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.).
- Content Creation and storytelling: Writing clear and compelling copy for campaigns, newsletters, internal communications and website content. Using storytelling techniques to translate complex topics into accessible, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
- Creativity and initiative: Proactively proposing new ideas that add value to content, campaigns and channel strategy. Approaching communication from the audience’s perspective to increase relevance and impact. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Experimenting with new formats, concepts and channels to elevate engagement.
Qualifications and experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, relevant professional qualification or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to create high-quality content suitable for our channels (internal and external).
- Familiarity in working with a website CMS.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- Organising and managing multiple tasks, projects and deadlines in a structured and efficient way, with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of activities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving, evolving work environment.
