As a Waiter you represent the face of your Restaurant and are responsible forproviding an amazing dining experience for our customers that is unrivalled byour competitors. Demonstratingexceptional knowledge of the menu and ensuring that the service you provideresults in increased sales and repeat business.
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly reception,remain attentive throughout their visit, and ensure that we provide customers with a prompt and efficient service.
- Maintain an immaculate appearance by adhering to theCompany's Dress Code Policy and hygiene standards.
- Have knowledge of the restaurant menu and anyspecials in order that you can advise customers about each ofthe dishes offered.
- Liaise with the kitchen in the event of any problemswith food quality to resolve to the diner's satisfaction.
