Role Description
This is a part‑time, on‑site HR Advisor role based in Caerphilly. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures, assisting in recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and handling administrative HR tasks. The role includes supporting training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications
- Experience with HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
