We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in our specialist home in Lancing. It's essential that you possess the ability to endure these challenges and work to rebuild trust and rapport when needed. The home offers a nurturing, homely, and safe environment for up to two children (aged 10-18) with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
