We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a therapeutic residential care home in Worthing. You will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, structured environment that supports young people in building resilience, developing independence, and preparing for the next stage of their lives. This residential children's home will provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, mental health challenges, and complex trauma histories.

The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it operates in full compliance with Ofsted regulations and our Statement of Purpose.
  • Provide dynamic and motivational leadership, embedding a positive team culture of reflection, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive a therapeutic approach to care that supports each young person's emotional, social, and developmental needs.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review individualised care and placement plans in line with best practice and therapeutic frameworks.
  • Champion safeguarding and child protection, ensuring a consistently safe and supportive environment.
  • Lead the home through Ofsted inspections, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
