What you'll be doing

  • You’ll take full ownership of the service operationally, commercially, and strategically.
  • Lead and grow an already successful supported accommodation provision.
  • Maintain and build on the Outstanding Ofsted rating.
  • Develop and strengthen local authority partnerships.
  • Drive occupancy, pricing, and commercial performance.
  • Identify and launch new services, locations, and opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a strong, established management team.
