What you'll be doing
- You’ll take full ownership of the service operationally, commercially, and strategically.
- Lead and grow an already successful supported accommodation provision.
- Maintain and build on the Outstanding Ofsted rating.
- Develop and strengthen local authority partnerships.
- Drive occupancy, pricing, and commercial performance.
- Identify and launch new services, locations, and opportunities.
