We're expanding and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and ambitious agency team. You'll help deliver high-quality staffing solutions to services across the South East, managing both client relationships and candidate pipelines.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll act as a trusted partner to services needing ongoing agency cover. Your role will include:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Recruitment: Source, vet and match candidates for temp and perm roles (including supporting our internal Agency Support Worker team).
- Coordination: Manage schedules, bookings and placements to ensure smooth staffing delivery.
- Business Development: Engage proactively with potential new services and candidates to grow our reach.
This role blends sales, relationship management, and organisation, making every day varied and rewarding.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with the confidence and drive to make a great first impression and get results quickly. You'll need:
