The Role
You will join a high-performing team, working closely with experienced senior staff, taking ownership of candidate delivery and supporting client requirements across live roles. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will be expected to operate with pace, take ownership, and contribute to results quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing candidate generation across multiple live vacancies
- Building strong relationships with candidates, understanding motivations and suitability
- Delivering high-quality, qualified candidates to the team
- Supporting the full recruitment process through to placement
- Working closely with senior consultants to meet client demands
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
- Contributing to overall team performance and delivery targets
What We’re Looking For
- Background in estate agency, sales, account management, or another client-facing, target-driven role
- Proven ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Looking for a career with progression and earning potential
- Previous recruitment experience is not required, but strong commercial experience is essential.
Salary & Incentives
£26,000 - £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
