About the Waking Night Role As a Waking Night Support Worker, your role is essential to ensuring the children in our care are kept safe, calm, and cared for throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include: * Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment overnight * Supporting young people who may wake or struggle to settle * Managing any incidents or behavioural challenges with a calm, consistent approach * Completing night-time domestic tasks and admin as required * Monitoring the home and supporting morning handovers * Promoting safeguarding and emotional well-being throughout your shift Who We’re Looking For We’re open to applications from a range of backgrounds including social care, healthcare, education, and youth support.
