We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to be part of the opening team of a brand-new children's home. We are opening a new children's home registered for two young people requiring short-term support (36 month placements). The home will operate with a 2:1 staffing ratio, providing high levels of therapeutic intervention and consistent care.
