We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to be part of the opening team of a brand-new children's home. We are opening a new children's home registered for two young people requiring short-term support (36 month placements). The home will operate with a 2:1 staffing ratio, providing high levels of therapeutic intervention and consistent care. This specialist setting is designed to stabilise placements, reduce risk, and support young people to transition successfully into a suitable longer-term children's home. The service is built on a foundation of safety, nurture, and personal growth. We are dedicated to creating a structured, therapeutic environment where children can overcome challenges, build resilience, and thrive. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing consistent, trauma-informed care while supporting the wider staff team. You will act as a positive role model, contribute to care planning, and help maintain high standards of practice within the home.
