About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Deputy or a Registered Manager to join our 4 bed EBD home located near Warminster. As our Registered Manager, you'll lead a supportive, skilled and motivated team to provide outstanding care for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Your leadership will shape the home's culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure children feel safe, seen and supported.
You will:
- Lead with confidence, compassion and integrity
- Create a safe, inspiring and resilient home environment
- Champion the needs and voices of young people
- Mentor and develop your team (including facilitating QCF Level 3 training)
- Maintain compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted expectations
- Oversee staffing, budgets, and operational development
- Promote independence, emotional growth and life skills
- Deliver and evidence exceptional outcomes
